Procedure to be followed to get a membership
For Students:
- All students of Lalbaba College will become member of the library only after getting valid library cards from the library. They have to submit photocopy of their "Admission Fees Payment Receipt" for new library cards. The cards will be valid for three consecutive years / six semesters. Students have to take clearance from the library at the end of each semester by submitting all library cards, failing which they will not get their admit card for C.U. examination. After clearance all the library cards will be returned to the students. In the next year after taking the provisional admission the students have to renew their library membership for next semester . For renewal students have to submit photocopy of Provisional Admission Fee Receipt and their existing library card/cards.
For Faculties and staff holding a substansive post:
- All the persons of the abovesaid category do not need to follow any seperate procedure to make their library card. As soon as they join the college automatically they will become the member of the library.
For Guest Faculties and staff holding a contractual post:
- All the persons of the abovesaid categories are to submit an application recommended and forwarded by the teacher-in-charge of the respective department and the Principal of the college.
